In order to better serve our customers we require all clients to fill out our online booking form. Our Service call fee is $95+tax, due at the end of the first service visit for inspecting your appliance. This includes us researching and pre-diagnosing the problem beforehand (so that, if possible, we might do the repair the same day), the trip to your home and thorough in-home appliance diagnosis. We accept Checks and Card.
Once we establish what the problem is, you will get a flat rate quote for the repair (which includes both parts and labor) to avoid any "surprise bill" at the end of the job. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, you will get an estimate for when you should expect your appliance to be up and running again.
In the unlikely scenario that your appliance's initial symptoms/problem wasn't cured even after the repair, you have 31 days to contact us. We will respond promptly and our service will be free of charge. This doesn't include any unrelated issues to the original repair.

My washer won't drain the water
Check the drain path for problems. If the drain path is clear, the drain pump could have failed or the water-level pressure switch might not be able to tell how much water is in the washer.
Frost is colleting in my Freezer
Check first for a break in the door seal. That could be letting in warm, moist air. If the seal seems good, a problem somewhere in the automatic defrost system could be the issue.
My dishes aren't getting clean
Poor cleaning could be due to a mechanical issue with your dishwasher. A broken detergent dispenser or heating element can cause unsatisfactory cleaning results as well.
